The celerey cabbage is a pale green to yellow in color with tightly overlapping leaves. It originated in north China, and is the basis for Korean kim chee. It is currently grown widely throughout SE asia.

This cabbage can be eaten raw, stir-fried, or added to soups or stews. It makes a good substitute for lettuce in mixed salads.

Market and storage tips — Celery cabbage keeps well without refrigeration. It should be stored in a cool, well ventilated space.
