Storm damage, Gobi Desert

On 24 April 1984 when we near Turpan, Zingian Province, we experienced a severe Gobi Desert storm during which in addition to loess dust there were wind-blown marble-sized stones that etched away some of this wooden pole and even part of its concrete post support.
